PemBer - Professional Paid Membership Plugin [Deleted]

I wanted to ask, you can have a function in the future, allowing you to choose through a window of the month subscription? and associate the related cost.

So people like me who uses the same type of offerings, with several months to subscribe, does not duplicate.

It is not something I see implementing in the general PemBer package.

The reason is that most people offer discounts on higher month memberships. So say $10 for monthly, $25 for quarterly. Creating a single month price and then multiplying with number of months is NOT what most people want to do.

I may be able to do some custom development for your site specifically if it's very important for you. PM me if you want to do that.

I saw this in the thread discussed but found it not 100% answering the question: Is the add-on compatible to [bd] Paygates (in the sense of no conflicts)?

This addon is entirely separate. So it should work, though I have not tested it with BD Paygates. If paygates is calling parent for all it's method extensions then this will work.

please insert the enter nickname in the info object paypal and stripe, when a payment is Unsync, it is impossible to find who it belongs to.
Often the paypal email and forums are not the same.

Noted. I will provide you some way of identifying the user (either through username or something else) in next version.

PemBer 1.5.0 brings in TAX support to your products. Additionally PemBer can AUTO calculate EU Vat for your products and auto apply them upon purchase. It does so based on the visitor's selection of country.

@Sadik B I congratulate you to this significant upgrade. This does convince me to buy this add-on.

However I want to amend that if I did understand your VAT concept right, you make it the VAT amount of the user's (this clients) country. The European tax laws however require the service provider's (seller of the product) country to charge their tax. Every time...

In other words, if I am the board owner and my country has 19% VAT, I have to charge 19% VAT to all users that use my board upgrades, no matter which country they come from. This is true for Business to Client (B2C) relations. [Business to Business (B2B) relations require another modus operandi (no tax and reverse charges), which is not relevant here in this add-on unless you only have business users on your board.]

I see that it is not a problem to charge a rigid VAT for everyone (according to your screenshots) so it is not a major problem, I just want to give you food for thought for your concept. Maybe this needs to be reconsidered to not confuse admins and bring them into trouble with their tax offices.

Thanks for your comments.

As your rightly noted, the system is totally flexible. You may use the EU Auto-Vat system, which finds the tax rate for the buyer's EU country and applies appropriate tax percentage. If however, for your country, this rule is not applicable, you do not have to use the Auto EU Vat. You can very well define a manual tax percentage and add that tax to your products.

So the system allows you to do whatever it is that you wish.

As you can see in the screenshot above, I have defined a "Sales Tax" of flat rate 10%. I have only selected United Kingdom for this tax, but you could very well select ALL the countries your buyers are from and apply this same tax for everyone.

I recognized that. It's great.

Another question about Invoices: can we adjust the invoices content? Tax offices require more information on an invoice to be legit. More as you showed in the screenshot.

Especially a continuous invoice number is important. So that payments can be identified exactly.

There is actually more data available to the template. The invoice design in this version is pretty basic but I will be expanding on it in upcoming versions. Thanks for your suggestion about a continuous invoice number.
 
An issue with 1.5.0 after installation is when someone clicks on the Paypal button it comes up with the error, Stripe is not enabled. Well yes, I have Stripe unchecked and disabled simply because I don't want it so how to get around this issue?
