Add-on PayPal Instant Payment Notifications

I used to have an add on that would take Paypal for payment. I have since disabled the add on and now I am getting emails from PayPal:

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

How to remove it completely?

Now I am not sure, I think it was the [8WayRun.com] XenPorta there is a block called Donations When I disabled it the Portal I started getting the error above.

Can I just go to the link and delete it?

Delete what?
You can't delete the payment_callback.php file, that is a core XenForo file.

You will need to ask in the add-on thread - I'm not familiar with xenporta or the donations block.

Log into paypal...Go to Profile -> selling tools -> Instant payment notifications and you will see a disable button to turn it off.
