XF 2.0 PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning

I am getting email from PayPal after updated to XF 2.0.10, What is this issue? This email 2 time, one per day.

Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

https://mysite.com/payment_callback.php?_xfProvider=paypal

If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.

It's not related to XF 2.0.10.

It suggests that PayPal is sending you IPNs that your site isn't processing for some reason. You'd have to check the IPN History in your PayPal account for more information.
