Fixed Payment provider log error for refunds issued from Stripe

Not sure if this is really a bug, or just an unhandled event.

We recorded some training videos for user upgrades for a site and then actioned a refund for the subscription in the stripe dashboard, this created an error in the payment log. Not sure if this should be handled better or not?

Action: Error: Event data received from Stripe does not contain the expected values.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.2.6).

Change log:
Properly process Stripe subscription refunds in the payment system.
There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
