Lack of Interest Pagination Design Improvements

There is no doubt the current pagination system is well designed and intuitive, but when the page number exceeds a certain point the readability greatly decreases. (As you can see in the page navigation playground).

I would like to propose (what I assume would be) a considerable redesign for the sake of legibility, where:

    1) Rather than the font having to be altered to fit inside a fixed space, the space itself would be flexible in order to accommodate the characters.

    2) In my opinion, the use of commas in page numbers would make it easier to read but also more consistent with the rest of the software.

    Thank you for your consideration.
