Lack of interest Add pagination to the smilies admin page

In my forum we are smilies addicts and have over 700 of them. When having this many, on the smilies admin page it sometimes hangs the page or makes the admin menu misbehave when scrolling down pass a few hundreds. A simple pagination similar to the List all users admin page would make it more usable.

Yes, it's exactly as @Lukas W. described it there. I thought it was due to the heavy nature of animated GIFs but now I see it's an underlying bug.

Regardless I still think pagination would be useful in the smilies admin page as not to load hundreds of images in a single page.
