I have 13,934 in my log right now. Nothing's ever gotten through except legitimate new users.I only had it installed for 10 minutes and I see two fake signups rejected. Brilliant!
How do you know it’s hardcore? It's been under 24 hours and I have 107 spam registrations caught. It is quite interesting to see what the urls are they are trying to promote: everything from essay writing services to hardcore porn.
Yeah I would definitely agree with the above and have been meaning to mention it. Time stamp would be helpful to see how regularly we are getting these bots signing up, find that stuff useful! Also better being a tab in the admin rather than the front end. I also would like to suggest another thing that could be handy is that all the same bots/ips bundle together and can be seen how many times they’ve attempted via a value.Haha. Just read the url for a clue!
Couple of suggestions. Firstly, how about a date/timestamp in the table? Secondly, does the Spaminator link really need to be across the menu at the top? I see that as an area for frequently used stuff, while Spaminator is more of an admin thing. Perhaps some option to turn the link off and on would be good.
Honestly I think there is alreadt too much information in the log, but I will keep it under consideration.Couple of suggestions. Firstly, how about a date/timestamp in the table?
You can turn off the link in the navigation manager in the ACP.Secondly, does the Spaminator link really need to be across the menu at the top? I see that as an area for frequently used stuff, while Spaminator is more of an admin thing. Perhaps some option to turn the link off and on would be good.

I suppose for what it is, all that those features isn’t necessary for as long as it’s doing it’s job!I thought about that at one point, but honestly, for a addon that is just blocking/loggong bots, it is kinda useless. most of the IP's or emails they add/show are fake or generated by the botnet program.
