Implemented Option to change resource download type

Would it be possible in the future to have the option to change the resource type.
For instance a file from directly uploaded to external link and download would be ideal.

Perhaps an option for admins to convert them?

How do you do this, it is not in the "edit resource" for the admin

Apologies, you need to be the author to change it. Is there anyway to allow admins to do this also?

This is tied to the ability to update the resource which is also tired to the author.

The workaround would be assigning the resource to yourself, making the change, and then reassigning it back.

I have published a language file as a user. Then I realized that the language file is incorrect. I was unable to delete the incorrect language file and replace it with the correct language file. I think he talks about it. @Ferdinand
