RM 2.2 Change Resource Type Option not visible

I want to change resource types.
But the "Change Resource Type" option in the resource options list is not showing up for me.
Is there something I'm missing?

If you haven't added that resource, you can't see it. But with Reassign Resource you can select yourself and then change the Resource type.

This option is not in the option list of the resources I added. The only thing I can think of is if some other plugin is blocking it.

@htsumer, it has nothing to do with permissions, I solved the problem

I found the source of the problem. It's hard to describe, but I'll have to keep the process going with a plugin author I'm going to use. For your information.

This is exactly why. But there is another plugin's option on that list. Although that plugin is ticked, only 1 of these fields is selected, so it does not appear.
