These were caused by the changes which were required by the previous bug report you posted about the debugger. Unfortunately, solving these warnings isn't viable, because we want to support both Open Graph metadata and Twitter card metadata.

As they are warnings, they are safe to ignore. Also note that the fb:app_id was specifically mentioned by Mike in the previous bug report:

Note that we won't add a fb:app_id either. That's not generally required, though it is if you want to do analytics on shares from your site within FB.
