I couldn't find any definitive source on the recommended size for an Open Graph image. 200x200 seems pretty small...

600x315 works fine for X and facebook...

• If you want a large-sized image to be shown in your snippet, make sure it has at least 600 x 315 pixels—but ideally at least 1,200 x 630 pixels for use on screens with a high pixel density (such as Apple's Retina screens).
