Lack of interest Open all unread threads in new tabs link

IMO it would be nice an Open all unread threads in new tabs link next to All unread threads in What's New? page.

If I'm not mistaken this is actually down to browser behavior than something that can be set up to be done by web pages. I'm sure you could trigger all threads to open in a new window, but it comes down to the browser setting if whether or not they are opened as new tabs vs new windows I think.

I think because of the way XenForo handles internal and external URLs, opening internal URLs in a new window would be strange (at least for me).

Also, sometimes I do click a thread URL and want it to open on the same browser window. If I didn't, I'd just middle click it.
