No complaints allowed now!
Pfft. Countdown timer doesn't even have milliseconds
Great addition for the timezone-challenged.
Try changing your timezone to GMT, that should do it.
I have a complaint. I want that countdown ticker.
Whoa! A third-party addon implemented? I thought that was verboten.
Mike coded it from scratch using the countdown .js plugin -he hasn't used the add-on.
It's from here: http://www.littlewebthings.com/projects/countdown/
Ah. You had linked to the addon so it was a valid assumption on my part. Here I thought I had a gotcha!
Regardless, that's the site - not the core forum. The whole thing is custom, unreleased code.
I always wondered what software is used for the frontpage and whether it will be released if it's custom.
It's built on the same core framework isn't it? I thought that was stated previously.
Yeah, it's basically XF with the entire front end ripped out.
Waindigo's NoForo could be a good basis for a main site, using the XF framework.
would be great if we could get this template (or whatever that is) of that Homepage.
Especially if one has a "Private Community" and just wants to have some text, images and a Register-button at the Homepage.
I would be willing to pay for that.
Simple Portal will be able to do this
I hope the server won't crash when the countdown is up
