Sometimes, your sending mailserver can be blocked by other servers (for example hotmail.com).
You can see this in the ACP > Bounce log, but we don't look there daily.
I have experienced this multiple times. At some point, users start complaining, you investigate the logs and then you see the high bounce rate.
Then you can take actions to unblock your ip.
I think every forum has a certain level of bounced emails which is normal.
So it would be a nice feature if the admin can set a certain threshold when to receive an alert about this.
