XF 1.2 Notice uneditable/undeletable

There exists a 'notice' in the 'Home > Notices' section of the admincp that I am unable to edit and/or delete. I can disable the notice such that it no longer appears to users but that is the only thing I can do. Other notices are working as intended. When clicking the delete notice button for that specific notice, I do not even get the confirmation pop-up. My installation is vanilla with only the resource manager installed.

I think you might have misunderstood me; it's not a notice displayed by the forum to me, its a notice I created to be displayed to users through the 'Notices System'

The culprit is the one named 'Premium_ad'
I created it back through version 1.1

Thank you. Disabling Adblock fixed the issue.
