i want to make a notice in forum_list how many people have birthday..but i dont find code for this.
please help me..

Ah, sorry, I misunderstood.

There is an option for notices to display to the user if today is their birthday. Is that what you are trying to achieve? Or are you trying to create a notice that says "today there are X amount of members celebrating a birthday" sort of thing?

The notice system doesn't support this. An addon is required, such as the one MattW linked to above:
