Happy Birthday Emails - Celebrate your community birthdays with a friendly email

This allows for automated emails of happy birthday messages to your community.

Features:
Customize both the subject and body of the email sent (body of the message may contain html)
Leverage user attributes in both the subject and body of the message along with the board title.
Test messages prior to running in production by specifying named users that will always receive an email, regardless of settings.

This is a good modification idea. I haven't tried the mod yet, but great idea. VB used to have this built in. Thank you for making this.

If I want to test the message, how do I do this? I added my name to the "Test users", but do I have to do something else?

Go to Admin CP -> Tools -> Cron entries -> click the Run now button next to the Happy Birthday: Daily emails task.

How hard would it be to make a version that is compatible with 2.2? Also maybe an option to included the site logo if one is set in the Emails logo setting on 2.3?

Not planned, my production and development boards are 2.3.x

You can use html in the body to reference a logo.
