Fixed notice from ignored member

I believe you shouldn't get notices from someone you have on ignored. So I "think" this is a bug.

Someone on my ignore list followed me today and I got a notice about it.

Why don't you just tag them and tell them you don't want them following you and have done with it? I thought you were all about free speech and no censorship or something

Pretty sure this is as designed since you'll get alerts if they quote or like your posts as well.

Actually, no... You do not get notices when they like or quote your post, nor are you supposed to do so.

Cause he only wants one person to not be able to follow him, not the entire user base. To accomplish that doing what you suggest, he'd have to "follow" the other 50,000+ users.

Fixed now. I think this is the only alert in the core code that didn't check ignored state.
