Duplicate Not All Image Attachments Are Inserted on First Try

This may be related to @trichome's bug report here.

If I upload two or more attachments and click Thumbnail or Full Image under Insert every image as a..., only the first image will be inserted and I have to click one of them again to insert all attachments. Then of course I have to manually delete the first one because it inserts a duplicate of the first one.

I can make a video if necessary.

Edit: Browser is Mozilla Firefox 27.0.1 and operating system is Windows 7.

Confirmed - only in Firefox, though.

An error is logged in the console:

I found it easier to reproduce it consistently with this, but the issue is the same as the smiley issue noted in the first post (which is now fixed).
