On Mac I'm able to drag the image into the navigation box and it'll automatically navigate me to the directory containing that file, on Windows I have to specifically navigate to whatever directory the image is in, which is really annoying if I already have it open. IMO it'd probably be more useful if clicking on "Upload Image" opened a modal that allowed a drag and drop upload into it.
