XF 2.1 Unable to paste images or drag and drop them into the rich text editor

Ever since upgrading our forum to 2.1.3 users have been unable to copy and past images or drag and drop them into the editor.

Simply nothing happens. No errors are logged on the console.

Is there a new setting that I'm missing or are we experiencing a bug?
