RM 1.1 No upload button under uploaded files option

I tried to setup a resource, but there's no button under the "uploaded files" option to upload a resource.

Am I missing something? I checked in the group permission settings, I have it set to create resources and I don't see anything specific for allowing the uploading of resources.

yes, it's selected, I'm using the default xenforo 1.4 with no custom theme, check out the image below.

I would expect that the RM JS files haven't been uploaded correctly. I'd reupload those. Alternatively, you can check in the browser's console for any errors (I'd recommend Chrome for that).

For some reason when I extracted the zip file the first time it didn't extract the js folder, so that was the exact problem, the missing js files.
