Fixed No result when searching style property with ACP search

In XF1 you could do a ACP search for a property which gives a selected result.

For example, searching for pageDescription you get a URL of /style-properties&group=general#_pageDescription and the property would be selected.

In XF2 RC2 no property is selected and the URL ends up like so /style-properties/group&group=menu when searching for menuHeader

Expectation to me is the property would be open and not collapsed making it selected in some way.

I've made changes here that will make sure the property in question is always scrolled to and expanded.
