It has been confirmed that it isn't, unfortunately.

I'm sure developers will be able to extend the RM just as easy as they can anything else within XenForo.

That would more likely be part of custom user fields, if it was ever to be implemented...

Something else, if you're not logged in - you can only view a small amount of a paid resource's description. I'm not sure if you have to have a licence when logged in too though.
