In the History section of a resource you can see all the available versions. Any version can be deleted EXCEPT the latest one.
Sometimes a new version has problems and needs to be reverted and it would be useful to simply go back to the previous release instead of needing to reupload the same thing again.
We have also experienced issues on our forum where some resources haven't been updated in months or years but still work fine, but the owners account has been compromised to to password reuse and then a malicious version is posted. In these cases we'd like to keep the original working resource available but delete the new update (On top of locking down the inactive authors account). Currently this is not possible.
