In our current message board installation, we are set up so that all new users who register:
a) Must be approved manually by an administrator before they can post to the board.
b) Are automatically put into moderated mode, so that (after approval) none of their posts show up until those posts have been approved by a moderator.
Can we do this with XenForo?
