XF 1.2 New Install, Import from vB4 - folder question

As I already had a folder marked "forum" I installed XF in a new folder named "forumxf".

When I re-name this folder to "forum", XF isn't loading - can anybody please help? What am I doing wrong?

From the FAQ:

How can I move my installation to a different directory?
Update the Board URL in the ACP -> Options -> Basic Board Information and move the files to the new directory (or rename the directory). You may need to restart the server for the change to take effect.
Note that redirection will be required to ensure any existing links continue to work.

Is there any order I should do this in? Do I rename the folder first, then go into Basic Board Information?

It doesn't matter, the board URL is primarily used for emails/links.
