Cannot reproduce Navigation Using Node Title

Hello,

Today I was setting up navigation for my new forum and when I elected to put a menu to a node it automatically reverted the name from what I had input to the name of the node without the option being elected. Screenshots attached.

Unfortunately I can't reproduce this.

My current working theory is that either there was an issue writing out the internal_data/code_cache/navigation_cache.php file or some sort of caching was involved.

Have you been able to reproduce this consistently or did it just happen once?
