XF 1.5 Namecheap SMTP Error

Hello my Xenforo will not send out any emails I just receive this error.

I have the correct SMTP information and have no idea why it's not working.

It looks like a connection issue between your server and your SMTP host.

This could be a firewall/network issue, or the SMTP host is down or otherwise not responding.

I'd recommend contacting your host and SMTP host for support as they are better placed to help,
