Multiple domains to one XF install

I have asked this before but unfortunately there hasn't been a definitive answer so forgive me for trying again.

I have multiple versions of my domain...domain.com.au, domain.co.uk, domain.us, domain.co.nz etc

I have categories containing forums with some categories being generic across all domain regions and some categories that are only specific to one region.

What I would very much like to achieve is if a user goes to .com.au they see the categories of:
category 1
<forums>
category 2
<forums>
category 4
<forums>

If they go to .co.uk they see:
category 1
<forums>
category 3
<forums>
category 4
<forums>
etc

Any suggestions on how to achieve this

Issues I would think would be:
1. Links in posts, navigation etc both internal, to the other domains and external
2. SEO and would Google index each domain and what about duplicate content
3. What do Guests see
4. Addons and their impact with different domains...I do also have an overarching .com version that may be useful

Please, I have wrestled with this for years as I think it would have to be a very complex situation ensuring everything works properly especially with Guests and search engines.

Technically that requires multiple licenses.

You can use this:

Then hide different sections with style edits.

Thanks Jake but issues with that are:
1. Penalised by Google Search Engine for duplicate content
2. Issues with internal links if someone posts a link to a thread in one of the other domain forums
3. The Search and What's New functions
