Thanks for that bug report. I'll look into it. As far as it not working creating a thread, sounds like a template modification isn't working can you test on the default theme?

Switched to the default theme. Same problem.
I see that you have a few threads with multiple prefixes already, how were these done?
I used the Edit Thread menu inside each thread.
Interesting, I don't get why those template modifications would work but the one for creating a thread didn't.
What do you suggest?

I thought your issue was resolved. Give me admin access again.
It only seemed to work when I changed the name of that file. When I changed it back, the problem returned.
