Moved posts cause 404 broken links

Given the case 404 broken links are important due to SEO reasons I think this could be marked as bug.

If you create a thread with a single post and you try to move that post to a new thread, the old thread URL will broken.
I really believe if the thread has only 1 post and you try to move that post to a new thread then XF should ask for a redirect OR alter the database of that thread/post with the new thread location rather than creating a new thread.

If thread had only one post I don’t understand why you wouldn’t just move the thread.

Because you might want to move a post or several posts to another or new thread.

I was speaking in the case where there is only one post, so an unanswered discussion in fact. In this case, the possibility of moving a post should not be proposed but simply the possibility of moving the thread.
