Move the "Sign up now!" button to the header - Move the "Sign up now!" button to the header and remove it in the sidebar.

Description

This add-on allows you to remove the "Sign up now!" button of the sidebar and move it to the header. On mobile, everything returns to normal (the button is placed in the sidebar to the lack of space). I've added an option allowing you to enable/disable the add-on easily.

Phrase change for the "Sign up now!" boutton if you're not on mobile and bug fixes

You've noticed that enabling this add-on, if you're not on mobile, the log in handle no longer appears to indicate the phrase "Log in or Sign up" to the user, so it's annoying for the user:

The current phrase of the button shows only "Sign up now!" and therefore, the user doesn't know where to click to log in to the site. To make more sense, if the user isn't on mobile, the phrase of the button will be replaced by "Log in or Sign up" to indicate to the user...
