Migrating from vB4 and SEO

I am preparing to migrate from vB4 to XF 1.5.9.

60% of my forum's traffic is search engine traffic, primarily from Google. I am worried that once I migrate to XF that my search engine traffic will drop.

I'd be interested in hearing from those who have migrated from vB4 to XF and how it affected their search engine traffic. I'd also be interested in any tips or tricks to ensure the search engine traffic keeps flowing once I have migrated.

Ensure you have the correct redirects in place, and most people will tell you their site traffic went up after migrating
