Migrate vb 4.2.2 to Xenforo

Can vbulletin4.2.2 be migrated to Xenforo and maintain the appearance, design and content?

There is an importer available which will move all of the content from VB to XF.

The design can not be carried over so you would need to recreate it yourself in XF.
