Fixed Method findPaymentProvidersForList does not check add-on state

As the title. When add-on disabled the payment provider still choosable but cannot save payment profile.

Thank you for reporting this issue, it has now been resolved. We are aiming to include any changes that have been made in a future XF release (2.1.10).

Change log:

When creating a new payment profile, only show providers from active add-ons.

There may be a delay before changes are rolled out to the XenForo Community.
