Fixed Merging a user does not update username change records

Username change records for user A appear to be lost when you merge user A into user B, and the system doesn't record that User A has been effectively renamed to User B

I can certainly see an argument, but I'm not really sure bringing these records across is necessarily correct. We've never brought any previous change log entries over (or any part of the other user's profile).

I think it should not only preserve the log, but count the merging "from" name as a previous name in the log. A lot of my merges are long-time members that disappeared and came back with a new account, and they are merged. Having this history would be great.

I see where this could be helpful. Maybe make this a suggestion? Sometimes even limited history carried over can help us identify past troublemakers.

When merging users, carry over previous username change logs too.
