XF 1.4 Member locked out

Hi, one of my forum members told me he got locked out because of wrong password. He had the caps lock on which he did not realise until later. Anyway, I looked at his account and everything looks normal. Do you how I could get his account unlocked? Thanks.

It will unlock automatically after 15 minutes I believe. A reset password should also work for them. Or as a last resort, I believe xf_login_attempts hold the records that enforce the lock out. You can truncate that.

He's referring to the database but if you aren't 100% comfortable with that, you/he should just wait or do the password reset.
