MG 2.0 Media widget not showing all categories

I have a media widget active, and have chosen all categories, however it is only showing images form one (old) category..

Any idea what I might be doing wrong?

As a guest, I can only see the photo contest category. Can you confirm that you can see the other categories as you'd expect in the gallery (on the front end)?

As you appear to currently have debug mode enabled (generally not a good idea on production sites BTW), I can see that it's only pulling from one category. If you click the time on the debug mode info on the page showing the media widget, it'll show you all of the queries. Can you paste the first one that contains "xf_mg_media_item" in it?

Aha, got it. I assumed that all categories would include everything, ie images in albums (but uncategorised) but of course I then noticed the tick box underneath for albums.

Seems like Display from albums should be on the left so that it's underneath Display from categories

Is there a way to have display latest of everything, ie categories and albums

Selecting all categories and enabling the album option should do it.

Ahh wait, nevermind -- I think I enabled that for my IP address explicitly when I was debugging that other issue for you recently.

Only media from viewable albums will be displayed, so implying media from categories will not:
