My English is not very good, so I use a translator. I would like to know how to add this type of medals at the end of the postbit and as a criterion, place if it belongs to the staff and if it is already 1 year old, it will automatically be added.

You can do this with user banners, when you edit a user group:



You can add a "user group promotion" (admin.php?user-group-promotions/), that adds a user group, if a user was registered for at least X days.

Steps!

• Create a New User Group, and Title it. Example: (3 MONTHS OF SERVICE)
• Copy Title text, and place where it says User Banner text Example: (3 MONTHS OF SERVICE)
• Choose a User banner styling
• Save
• Create New User group promotions
• Paste the same title name Example: (3 MONTHS OF SERVICE)
• check the box to make the Promotion active
• select the user group you just made
• Save
• Click Tab ( Apply this promotion while..)
• Select the staff user groups you will be applying the banner to ( Admin, Moderators, etc...)
• Scroll down to (User has been registered for at least X days:) Put the days
• Save

By Selecting the user group and the days registered, The user has to match both criteria in order to be rewarded with the banner.
