XF 2.0 Making an importer...

So I've extended the class to the importer, and have it all set up. However, on the "stepConfigOptions" screen, there is an option I want to get rid of... mainly "Retain Content IDs". I don't use this option, so I don't want it to show up to confuse the end user.

In addition, can I run the importer without requiring an import log?

You can't get rid of that option. It's a core configuration of the import system and really should be used if possible. Otherwise, your code can just use whatever approach makes sense.

The import log is required as well.
