On the main forum display when I click on a forum to look at it I get the pop-up that gives the forum description just like if you hover of the forum. If you do not move the mouse when you click and the forum opens (XenForo Bug Reports for example) when you back out of the forum the pop-up description is still there. I can have the pop-up all of the forums if I want. If I re-hover over the forum the pop-up will then disappear. I can't duplicate it with IE8 but can do it consistently with Firefox on 3 different computers. I'm using FF 3.68.

Have you tried emptying your cache and reloading? I had this problem, and another, for a bit, but noticed this announcement. After reloading the site cache everything starting working perfectly again.

Just cleared the cashe and restarted FF and it's still doing it on my laptop. Might try it on 1 of the other computers later.

I'm getting the same thing as well, if you hover over the elements after you hit the back button it will make them disappear but still :)

Looks like it has been fixed. I just noticed that now when I click on a forum the description immediately disappears.

Ahh yup, stumbled upon that with the thread preview as that would've had the same issue.
