I need help. Some users say that their posts are not shown. That happened today for first time. My forum exists several months and this happens for first time. The address is www.hunterslife.gr
Can you(admin)see them?I need help. Some users say that their posts are not shown.
This is the same error that you posted about here:Zend_Db_Adapter_Mysqli_Exception: User huntersl_swadmin already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
No i do not think so, the posts are published and after some time they are dissapeared. I want to be sure what causes the problem so i can find a solution.Could this explain why they think a post has gone missing?
Thank you very much, i need to do something. This is the same error that you posted about here:
XF 1.4 - Server Error Logs
The same advice still applies.
Nothing in the core software will do that, so it is either an add-on or it is server related (possibly due to roll backs). No i do not think so, the posts are published and after some time they are dissapeared.
Thanks, what do you mean by page source? The URL ?If you get the unexpected DB error message, view the page source for a more specific message.
Could this be caused if some other customers upgade to 1.5.x or this is irrelevant? If it's the "too many connections" error you mentioned, that's again a server limit. This time, it's not a per user limit but a global server limit. (And thus may be caused by others on the same server.)
Thank you very much, i will do next time.Right click, select 'View page source'.
Ok, i understand. It's irrelevant, it's a server limit and just depends on the total number of visitors across all sites on the server.
