Looking for someone to tweak mysql / php server configuration

I'm looking to hire someone to tweak mysql / php server configuration on dedicated server at a reasonable price.

Been getting a lot of

User couch_xf already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

lately. I have 2 forums running XF and purchased my 3rd XF license last night so I can port my last one over and say goodbye to vB forever.

I have a server management company that does an OUTSTANDING job with security but they haven't been so good with mysql management.

Suggestions?

This sounds like more of an issue the webserver (sounds like pre-forking apache with mod_php) rather than MySQL itself.
