Looking for a place to host commercial video

Hi guys!

Is there a place other than YouTube that you can upload video and use it commercially? I want to make a video-tour of my forum and give a call to action to join the forum in the video but I need a place that allows the uploading of such videos.

Vimeo is probably the next most popular service after YouTube.

Problem is you can't host commercial content there without buying a pro license.
