XF 1.4 Login Problems - ACP saving Problems

Hello,

I don`t think Xenforo is causing this Troubles I have, but I don`t know whom to ask.

I am using Firefox v34 and I Login with one Testuser then logoff and Login with another user.
I get no error, but the user is not shown as loged in
Sometimes I have to repeat with 3 Login attemps before the user has Access.

What can be the Problem of this

ACP I use with IE10 - here when saving Settings in the Options, sometimes I save and the values disappear, when entering again and saving 2 or 3 times, the values are saved

So where should I look for this Problem?
Is the hoster the Problem?
Can I tweak Settings?​

Please help me.

Are you using CloudFlare or some other reverse proxy?

I don`t use Cloudflare, but it seems it may come from my mobile Internet.
Tryed it at a friends cable net and it worked.

So I hope other members also will not have the issue I had.

Now I could find exactly the issue.

At my webhoster I set

• Output Caching
• PHP WinCache

in the hope the pages load faster

Maybe an expert knows which of this 2 caused the Problems

When deactivating both, at least the pages are loading fine, but slow.
