XF 1.5 ACP login problem

Hello,
One of my members is having problems connecting to his ACP under XF1.5.
On his old PC he connects normally but on his new PC when he tries to connect to his ACP the page reloads and displays the connection page again. He is well connected on the forum side and has not activated 2-factor authentication.
What do you think ?

Wasn't this an adblock issue? I swear we've had others with this problem. Have them disable any adblockers.
