Lock thread and Unlock thread should reload the thread

When a thread is locked there is no indication it has been locked. Only after we reload the page do we see this message:



When we Lock or Unlock a thread the thread should be redirected (aka reloaded) so the message is displayed or removed accordingly.

Andy, could there be a special pop up for locked thread, so that moderators who are responding to a locked thread would see a message saying: "This thread is locked. Nobody but moderators will be able to read your message. Are you sure you want to post this?"

Or something like that...

More improvements that should definitely be in core. It would be a cool idea to have a release dedicated to small but helpful enhancements.
