As designed Link Logo to Home Page URL

Hi,

When I enable or disable the option "Link Logo to Home Page URL" inside options it still lets you click on the logo as a URL even when its disabled, Bug?

Note the description: "If this option is not selected, the logo will always link to the forum index."

Thus, the logo will always be a link.

If this option is not selected, the logo will always link to the forum index.

If a home URL is provided, select this option to link the main page logo to that URL. If this option is not selected, the logo will always link to the forum index.

It is designed behavior.
If selected: link to the "Home" button.
If not selected: link to the "Forums" button.

That's the simpelest way to say it
