Yes it's a Chrome thing. If your using a fork of Chrome like Edge it is built in as well.

If you don't have a Chromium based browser you can just use:

PageSpeed Insights

pagespeed.web.dev

A lot of that will be due to network issues and your location in relation the server location.

My Cloud installation is nowhere near as bad and not far off XF (I'm in the US and the server is in the UK).



My site is a vanilla install with very few minor style tweaks, no ads, and the only add-on is XFES.
